That's up to you guys to decide.

Currently you can use them to introduce yourself, make some decisions that can already be done, work on your strategy, whatever.

You'll need them more when the competition starts and the challenges are known.

Sign-up to your team's forum. Then, shoot me a PM on KYM (this is important) so I can grant you access to the forums. This is to ensure no one from the other team tries to sneak in.

After you make an account you must contact cpt blubber so he can give you final access. If you did that then no clue.

Judging by one or two posts on this thread, I think some people have misread the instructions. You sign up for your forum, then send Blubber a private message HERE, on his profile rather than at the other forums.
