I can already picture them:
The guy in the middle is the naive, good protagonist that can only do the right thing but in a silly and oh so clumsy way.
The girl on the left is the stronk girl type that doesn't need no man, so strong that she'll depend on the protagonist by the end of the movie (or even by the end of the second act). Also hacker something something videogames references.
The hand on the right is the literal stupid hyperactive sidekick that will unknowingly kickstart some major event in the movie or, thanks to a brick joke about armpit farts or something, will save everyone.
The poo is the sassy snarky mascot-wannabe character that everyone will share on their facebook after the first trailer comes out.
Also the whole movie will probably be about the protagonist (or maybe the whole group) trying to be like everyone else or something and in the end he'll learn that he's special in his own way and yadayada.
