I noticed that there isn't an entry about this meme about "How men apologize", or in the meme spread's case just people in-general. Is it alright posting this as a forum atm and not like a submission entry atm since I'm not entirely sure of the sources atm, and perhaps for anyone else about anyone else more knowledged about it to do the entry?

The meme format goes like: there's a start-finish points being the person and the other person they're apologizing to or simply "apology" connected by a straight or a zig-zagged or curled line depending on how straight or indirect they go with their apology, if it does connect at all.

It seems to start from some IRL-footage video, but I cannot be very certain.
In a "How men/women apologize line meme" search query, I was given this particular "How men apologize vs how women apologizing meme" page almost conveniently enough (though was seen to be inconsistent after a day that it refreshed).

The oldest one I can find at least, is this. [2023-3-22, 27.2K…likes/views? upon this time of posting]

Perhaps related, and the main thing I'm more interested in and I'd like to have traced anyway, are the drawn variants.
The original format in the stated video examples shows only one set at once, drawing the line live. The spread I've seen comes in static, drawn images, with several people involved, with their lines already drawn.
The following are samples of this variant. I wouldn't know which fanart started it though.
Kemono Friends: "Apology template for the courage test group (self-interpretation") https://x.com/VulpesGentiana/status/1797985435538653222
Arknights: "Vic-apology-toria" https://x.com/samedouraku3/status/1794004468377465173 (explanation for those unwary of this meme template https://fxtwitter.com/Axleheart/status/1794476172459286848)

Apologies for not being able to edit in the correct URLs within 30mins. The @ symbol seems to be set to give the enclosed text monospace formatting.
The following are the supposed TikTok links (or just put an @ before the TikTokker's name in the link).

Then the other two for easier clicky.
