To coincide with the 10th anniversary of the Iraq War, we were talking in the office tonight about catching up on entries relating to Bush. Here are a few we came up with so far:

I found something that should be useful here: a former soldier who had his spine severed in Iraq has published an open letter to Bush and Cheney online, which he says is a final attack on them before he takes himself off life support. You can read the whole letter here.

I write this letter, my last letter, to you, Mr. Bush and Mr. Cheney. I write not because I think you grasp the terrible human and moral consequences of your lies, manipulation and thirst for wealth and power. I write this letter because, before my own death, I want to make it clear that I, and hundreds of thousands of my fellow veterans, along with millions of my fellow citizens, along with hundreds of millions more in Iraq and the Middle East, know fully who you are and what you have done. You may evade justice but in our eyes you are each guilty of egregious war crimes, of plunder and, finally, of murder, including the murder of thousands of young Americans--my fellow veterans--whose future you stole.

Lots of stuff to remember… Not all of it deserving of a writeup here, though.

There was a pretty popular website, bordering on meme, of comparing Bush to a Chimp. I remember the website having a lot of pictures, so this might not be the "true" one but here's an example:

Plenty of research and evidence to pull up for a Bush Administration entry, but how do we keep it fair and balanced so people like Mmneoric doesn't accuse of liberal bias?

As a moderate I gotta say the meme basis on this website tends to be quite democratic, not so much liberal, but in a false sense of liberlism. Its more or less just a reflection of the internet, and most of it is occupied by young people, who mostly support democrats even if it goes against their own beliefs. Hence the massive difference between meme entries for Obama and Romney during the election, and how many republicans get criticized on here, but not many democrats. In my opinion they equally suck, but frankly I'd like to see a more balanced approach when it comes to political memes.

This isn't something that should be forgotten, nor should this.

As for content with the article itself, you could probably bring stuff like Fahrenheit 9/11 and Oliver Stone's W. into the mix, as far as portrayal within the media. A section on the media's opinion of the guy oughta be an information goldmine.
