We have one for FF, so why not KH? There's a bit of famous stuff from this, like "Got it memorized?", "DARKNESS" and "Get up on the Hydra's Back", and the Roxas Hates X mini-meme on YouTube.

I'd give it the go-ahead. It's got plenty of sub-memes, and a considerable online following.
Agreed, label KH as a meme. NOW.

But is really relevant outside of the fandom?
A lot of the memes are simply related to people in the fandom, not people on the internet using the lines cause they're funny even without contextual knowledge of the game. "Arrow to the Knee" is a good example of something that started as an in joke to players to something beyond.
I just don't see enough posting of "DARKNESS!" or "Got it Memorized"
OP, I have one request for you.

Meme! Meme! Meme! Meme! Meme!
Kingdom Hearts: the official fanfiction
On a more serious note, I do think Kingdom Hearts has a sizable enough fanbase in order to warrant an entry. I can't name many memes other than the one that I mentioned earlier, but I feel like there are plenty if you look in the right place.
For actual article content, I think it would be beneficial to describe the unlikely origins of the project (IIRC, the whole thing started when Square wanted to make some kind of Disney game – I think it had either Donald or Mickey in the leading role), as well as how the concept was initially ridiculed though it was later warmly recieved due to the good execution of the final product. Talking about the Nobodies of the Thirteenth Order would likely be worth mentioning, too, since they recieve a disproportionately huge amount of fanart, comparable to the size of the Troll fandom within Homestuck (even though a majority of the Order's members are sociopathic and unsympathetic). Speaking of fanart, I think that quite a bit of it gets removed on the Japanese internets for some reason, so that may also be worth noting somewhere.

It does have a huge spread. So yeah, Kingdom Hearts deserves a article.

I think part of the reason for the Nobodies is that fandom tends to flourish around characters that have a lot of "blank space" for personality. The Nobodies are major characters, and we're given a lot of glimpses at who they are and what they're like (both as Nobodies and as normal people), but very few real details. Since the game's got a large fandom, the fans flock to the characters and end up inventing a lot of their personality.
It's the same with Touhou characters, I think; a lot of them are given only a few quick lines of dialog and maybe a paragraph or two of background in the manual, and everything else is part of the collective fandom.
