Well, it's true… They're literally gaming PCs pretending to be consoles that have the same generic multiplats and are lacking in features that make them stand out from the competition. They have no identity of their own and only exist because they have exclusives that are ultimately just begin held hostage due to the platforms' lack of features you can't get on any other gaming device, unlike actual gaming PCs and the Wii U.

Thing is, exclusives alone aren’t enough. Like I said, the PS4 & Xbox One’s exclusives are basically being held hostage because they’re not providing experiences that could ONLY be possible on their respective platforms. They’re not offering anything you couldn’t get anywhere else, and for that reason, they have no business existing in the market.

The Wii U is the complete opposite of that. They offer up game design that other platforms wouldn’t be capable of reproducing due to its unique controller options. This is only enhanced by the diversity of its library, ranging from the typical kid-friendly games Nintendo is known for to those with very mature themes, something you won’t often find on the PS4 & Xbox One due to the bulk of their games following the generic trends of modern Western games.

Where Nintendo has given us a console that’s actually a console with a focus of just giving us fun games, Sony & Microsoft are still locked in their pathetic little console war with two devices that are the exact same goddamn machines without a hint of originality. There’s literally no proper incentive to buy their products in the face of PC & Wii U.
