Here's some big flaws with this so-called "study".

For instance:

No questions about Male or Positive Female Characters.
No statistical analysis to determine if the results are statistical significant.
And the big one, it was an online test with no verification that the people taking it were real beyond saying "That survey is only for kids in middle school and high school, FYI!" and it was advertised on the Twitter of one of the "researchers" conducting it.

TL;DR: The only way it could be more fake is if the "researchers" decided to just make up & write down what they thought the "right" numbers are.
