I feel like FPS really matters more on PC than it does consoles. This is because PCs don't have to worry about the limits of consoles so I like PC games to be able to have plenty of options and such so that you can tweak things to your PC's performance.

Consoles, however, have their limitations set in stone the moment the hardware is finalized. If a game on console has to run at 30 FPS then my only request is to ensure it's a SMOOTH 30 FPS, I don't want it constantly dipping a lot.
