Seriously you don't have to make up random headcannons of "this character is trans" solely for the sake of trying to pretend there is more trans representation in the media. I'd rather have a situation where a character is actually confirmed trans by the creators, like Poison in Final Fight (yes I know Capcom's statements as of late are "we frankly don't care anymore, she's just whatever now because we're tired of all the questions," but fact is the original design documents called her "new half," a Japanese phrase used for trans people).

Would I appreciate seeing more positive representations of people like me in the media? Yes. But do I feel like it has to be badly shoehorned in? No.
