JJ the Gamer Guy 3 minutes ago In this Digital Event, we got: - Star Fox Zero (a Star Fox game made by a dream team, Miyamoto & Platinum) -Zelda: Triforce Heroes (a new Four Swords-esque Zelda) Fire Emblem Fates (awesome trailer with English footage) Metroid Prime: Federaction Force (so it's a spin-off, so what, it looks really fun) Shin Megami Tensei X Fire Emblem (needs no explanation) Xenoblade Chronicles X (awesome trailer with a Western release date) Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer (honestly, who won't enjoy this?) - Yo-Kai Watch (Pokemon with Japanese folklore spirits) Mario & Luigi: Paper Jam (crossover of two of Nintendo's best RPG series) Yet the fanbase is still bitching, calling it an even worse E3 than 2008, some even going so far to say it was the worst E3 in history. That's just f------ hilarious- all these so-called fans throwing a tantrum because they didn't get their way... even though there was never really a chance of that to begin with, given that everyone's E3 predictions lists were more like wishlists & wet dreams This whole situation is just so ironic. Out of all the b------- things Nintendo has done over the last few years, from failing to market the Wii U (hell, naming it the Wii U to begin with), to failing to maintain 3rd party support like they promised, to their new YouTube policies, to not putting online in multiplayer/co-op games, to releasing Splatoon in an incomplete state without voice chat... and THIS is where the fanbase decides to buck in retaliation. THIS is where they tell Nintendo off. Unreal Unreal. I've never seen a more pathetic, childish display of entitlement. The reaction over the Digital Event has been nothing but the fans acting like snot-nosed little spoiled brats, and it's a testament to just how ass-backwards Nintendos fanbase is Show less Reply . I

personally i dont think it was retarded at all.
a game like splatoon doenst really need voice chat all the itmes i had hoped it had voice chat was to tell my teamates that they suck and should kill themselves (i get very competitive), so i think thats what the whole voice chat would sound like, people complaining, insulting,calling shots, etc
so it was well thought not adding it, the only thing i wanted is to group up with friends (like parties n shit) and not just join a friend's game and hope i get on his/her team but itll be added in august i hope
