some are poor and can't spend cash like crazy. some are in other countries that don't sell those games. some just don't want to support a publisher because most if not ALL publishers are pretty damned shady, yet they wish to play a developer's game anyway.

business is not enslavement of the consumer. business is a transaction. if your customer does not like your terms and can find better ones for a lower price, they will take that chance.
