That Latias is a Spy!

A dragon/psychic/fairy with levitate… it would actually have just two important weaknesses (fairy, ice) and three minor ones (steel, ghost and poison) and it would be immune to dragon and ground, while resisting fighting, grass, fire, water, electric and psychic. Not bad, not bad at all.

Also pretty cute.
