This tool should be used to know if your child is having trouble, not for making them paranoid that you know what they masturbate to or that you read their conversations. If they visit pages about self harm, have conversatios about being bullied or writ things about wanting to commit suicide, then yes, you should tell them that you know they have a problem, but not be all like "So you joined Club Penguin without my permission?"
