The former is beyond our power (game developers don't control what journalists do) and the latter is financially absurd (we're not going to shrink our market to what it was in 1984 no matter who asks). There was also an excellent session called Game Developer Harassment: How To Get Through at the 2015 GDC in which a number of people including Zoë Quinn gave practical suggestions about how to avoid and handle harassment. I hope that it will be free online for anyone to watch, very soon. The game industry also needs to crack down hard on bad behavior in online spaces that we control. This isn't a GamerGate thing specifically, it's just common decency and good business as well. If you owned a shop and one of your customers was hurling racist abuse at the others and demanding that they leave the store thereby costing YOU money-how long would you put up with it? The game industry has been woefully remiss in dealing with this kind of thing. Stop clickbait article
Stop screaming racism/sexism on everything, specially when nobody else see it

One paragraph to contradict his own words and show how full of shit he is. How are new games only for white males when white male exclusive game audiences are a myth?
