So… like JoJo? It's so stupidly ridiculous that it loops back to awesome? I mean, if I saw a half-Japanese, quarter-Italian, quarter-British guy who has Arnold Schwarzenegger's body, and could summon Purple Spartacus to fight like Rocky on fast forward, and he was accompanied by Obama dressed as Gandalf the Red, who used the power of KFC, Indiana Jones with Poison Ivy's shtick, Neo with a green version of Luffy that shoots anal beads, and a French guy who uses Alphonse Elric to fence his enemies to death, I would be so star-struck I would think it would be awesome. So yeah, you've got some sound logic there.

Again a reason why I like HOTD.

It doesn't give a flying fuck when it comes to fanservice. I mean with most "run of the mill" fanservice shows where the same stupid unfunny "jokes" happen over and over again with boring cardboard cutouts, and painfully forced "romance". Even as softcore porn it's mediocre.

HOTD does it a bit differently.

It gives us at least some competent characterization; and when it comes time to lay down the lewd, it just feels like they push it as far as it could possibly go in any direction while keeping it (mostly) hot. Half the joke is how rediculous it gets.
