I think that is the opposite of what she is saying.

Oh that's actually interesting. She's normally very large chested, but because you've got some people out there who complain that her normal size is "too large for any 'normal' human being" she sometimes tries to appease the complainers, only to then question "why is it my breasts being small are the only thing you people are comfortable with? I'm perfectly fine with my breasts staying their usual big size."

Actually I can really get behind this. I'm actually hoping that one day I can have a large chest as well (right now I'm flat as a pancake), but I also really hope I don't have to deal with people out there who will actually complain about the size of my bosom (more than likely, wanna bet the people that would complain would be radical feminists who oppose anything seen as "sexy"?).
