What kind of power would a Stand named Smooth Criminal have?

My guess would be something pertaining to the manipulation of friction, like at first it just momentarily removes friction from something but as the stand develops it can add or subtract freely.

You'd think there'd already be a "Smooth Criminal" in the series, I figured there'd at least be one in one of those spin off side stories nobody here in the states has every seen. Sadly no XD
