Just because problems in other parts of the world are worse than what we have here doesn't mean our problems don't exist or are meaningless. Oppression comes in many forms and has many levels of harshness.

Also of all the examples of petty things feminists fight over I think dress codes are not one of them. Dress codes are bullshit and offend both genders by implying a girl's body is something to hide or be ashamed of while also implying that boys are too stupid and testosterone filled to focus on their schoolwork when a fucking shoulder is shown. Not to mention it feeds the ever growing problem of victim blaming.
