The thing is that this people have no concept of what is valid criticism.

Take Anita's piece on Hitman, for instance. She willingly performs an optional attack on a couple of strippers (that is penalized in game), in an optional route that only apears in one out of seven segments of one mission out of 20…suddenly, the game is misogynistic.

Sure, let's judge a 10-20 hour long game based on a single segment that you can literally clear in 20 seconds and call it a day.

Or her take on Watch Dogs. "This women look like objects of desire!". Well, of course they are gonna look like that. This is a mission where you have to shut down a SEX TRAFFICKING RING. If you, for any moment, see the women in that scene and get a boner, then you should put your controller down, and call Ubisoft to demand a patch that lets you play as one of the clients of the place.

Nobody here is against criticism. The problem we have with these people is that they take whatever little piece of evidence that suits their agenda, and if they can't find any, they bend it harder than an iPhone 6 to fit it.

Sleeping around to get good reviews and calling a bunch of people misogynists isnt criticism.

Also Pop Culture studies are worthless.
