The first poster is talking about how Liana being a troll, another anon (the one with the underlined 7381c) tries to pretend and defend Liana (judging from some of the post it's clearly her or a fellow shill). 7381c gets called out by a moderator, and responds by trying to claim said moderator is a fake. I'm assuming this image was taken by the moderator, as it shows the IDs.
