Honestly it's not just that. Elitist competitive players are annoying, but so are elitist casuals. Yes they exist, the people who consider themselves better for playing the game "as it was meant to be played." There are a lot of justified reasons for people who like Melee the most, as there are with Brawl. I hate it when people only pin the blame on one party. Let people have their preferences, no matter what they are!
