Don't worry, if you saw the short "All Hail the King", then we'll probably be getting the REAL Mandarin next time. As in a guy with ten magic rings and not fire powers.

Well, it has to do with some molecular bullcrap or something that makes it "not magic".

Though, if the rumors about the Doctor Strange movie are true, then we'll probably get the real Mandarin next time.

Word of god says that the retcon which made the Mandarin turn out to be real wasn't really due to fan outcry, but because it actually caused a plothole due to the Ten Rings being an actual group in the first movie.
