Well, no.

Twilicorn isn't going to have lingering effects. People have stopped caring or left if they really care that much. The fandom is obviously still thriving.

EG is a spinoff, so it's rather easy to ignore if you want.

Cease and Desists may annoy some people, but the outcome for Hasbro would be worse if they didn't do anything (because of rather stupid laws, but still). And honestly, I don't think they care about fan work that much since they're pretty much doing the minimum. Pretty sure even the Yotube episodes stayed up until Hasbro put them up for Yotube, uh, renting or buying? Not sure how that system works.

So, your opinion and all, but Hasbro is fine.

Yes, Hasbro is a toy company, but they're using an outdated business model (having the toy concept given out first then trying to make an entire season to try to justify it, but it just ends up being shoehorned in), and they say what goes so yeah it's pretty easy to point fingers at them.

I don't blame Larson for Twilicorn. He was given very little to work, and thus the show raised a trillion and one questions that still go unanswered, but I have a feeling if they were answered they'd only raise further questions.

EqG… yeah, Meg kind of shares a little bit of the blame here. She was given little to work with too, but that does excuse how incompetently it was written. It's like she finished the sceenplay all in one go and thought "that should do it."
