Well if it wasn't clear before, it's should be blatantly obvious that Ryuuko is only angry at Senketsu because currently she hates herself. I mean to almost start crying after saying that; even the characters in the show should know that now.

Theory time: Satsuki wearing Senketsu will somehow piss off/reach Ryuko enough that she'll break free of the mind control/have some kind of internal struggle.
