There's something else about ground moves and earth shaking moves in general in RPGs. A monster stomps it's foot on the ground, shaking it a bit, and for some reason it hurts you. As far as I'm a aware, nobody has ever died or even harmed from the shaking of earthquakes, just falling buildings.
