Sorry for being skeptical, but I just can't imagine this working out.
No matter how many little brony nods it has (human Vinyl Scratch), no matter how many genuinely funny jokes it might have (Twilight eating an apple like a horse while AnthroFlutter stares at her confusedly), it changes nothing.
The movie is still taking place in a fucking high school, it's obviously going to be filled with high school cliches, and Twilight has a boyfriend.
