I'm curious as to how things go about inside the studio because well it's a pretty big show Long story short, he explained that because of how obsessive and disrespectful (of privacy) that the fans have been, things at the studio are more tense than ever. Because of people constantly sniffing around for info, he gets asked as he walks into the studio "Did you tell anyone about xxx?" Because of people causing drama, easter eggs and other in-jokes that are constantly included in other shows have been quelled down. They still have a lot of fun on the show and they still have a lot of creative freedom even though Faust is gone, but it's not nearly as great a workplace as it used to be The show that I worked on, people were publicly talking ad laughing about the little in-jokes or easter eggs or hat-tips they'd include in their designs, and no one had a problem with it, not even the Production Manager or Line Producer. This was also on a show that was more controlled than My Little Pony because it was part of a bigger franchise (transformers) This really shouldn't be a problem. This happens everywhere. Technically since it's her own design she has consented to having it on the show.
