For further Yu-Gi-oh! related context, 3000 ATK is the "premium monster attack stat" which means it acts kind of as a "you must be this tall to be considered a monster with a good attack stat" for special summoned monsters.

1800 is a good normal summon, 3000 ATK is the Blue-Eyes White Dragon, which is still the highest attack normal monster.

There are a lot fof monsters with exactly 3000 ATK, but it's relatively rare to see one with more than that and usually means they're either harder to summon, need to activate an effect to reach said attack power, or both. Most Extra Deck special monsters still cap out at around 3k for their base ATK stat, though some monsters with effects can hit much bigger numbers; Heroic Champion Claivesolish, for example, can hit like 32k ATK using its ability.
