The character design is almost on point, the hair needs to be a bit frizzier in my opinion the way it is here seems more feathered than frizzy. The outfit's pretty good, though.

The background however, feels more like something out of the 2000's than something from the 80's, it's too washed out and CoD-esque. A color palette consisting of a strong, vibrant blue and black would go a long way to more accurately recreate the 80's cyberpunk feel in my experience. That or do what I refer to as "unfiltered colors" and color everything as the color it would be IRL without any "filtering" it to match a given hue. Everything being hued a specific color wasn't widespread until the 90's from what I've seen.
