Cognitive dissonance aside, those "White guys" are John Musker and Ron Clements. They've been with Disney since the god damn 50s, oversaw the renaissance in the 90s and were direct students of the Nine Old Men, the original animators from the 30s who made Disney a household same. To call such talented people with long legacies "old white men" does them a disservice and reveals your ignorance.

This'll see some decent usage.
