Learned it from someone else, so I'll post it here:
>Go to desired image
>open image in another tab
>when the image is displayed in the tab, hit CTRL+S
>90% of the time, it'll save as a .png

For the other 10% just use your printscreen button on your keyboard and paste it on any image editing app.
