It's funny mainly because the Russian Federation is the main producer and user of 152mm artillery shells.

This means that all of the ammo for all of the Soviet and Russian weapons that are used daily in conflicts in the Middle East and Africa, plus all of the militaries they sell too, particularly India and Vietnam, comes from Russia.

For Russia to have to buy back these shells that they have previously sold is funny in and of itself.

The fact that they had to resort to North Korea, and not China, is also fairly funny; as despite all their fancy words about cooperation and friendship, China has left the Russians out to dry.

It also highlights the difficulties they been having elsewhere of acquiring more ammo, due to how poor North Korea is and how limited their own stocks are going to be.

In regards to the Iranian Drones, they also seem to be giving them some issues.
