2022 Russian Invasion of Ukraine - Black Sea Russian flagship Moskva has been officially declared sinked during a storm by the Russian MoD. The Moskva was first deployed in 1979, commissioned on January 30th 1983, decommissioned on September 1990, reinstated on April 2000 and sunk in 2022

Even as if it doesn't mean anything in the grand scheme of things, it's a flagship named after your capital, having it sunk is not good on morale.
I'd like to see how Russia will spin this.
