Pokémon - Confirmed: this is THE Ingo from Unova

I might add that this particular instance of a faller feels quite melancholic. This dude has never been depicted without his brother, and now he's all alone in a region he's never heard of, his old cape and hat both falling apart due to the long time he's been missing.

I really hope the faller plot line gets a proper explanation beyond "lol ultra wormholes" in a future game. However, this is Gamefreak we are talking about, so I don't really have any kind of strong expectation they'll tackle that plot point in the near future.
