Some people are simply hyper-proactive in their 'defense' of the 'community.'
They typically see too many parallels between bronies and furries and want to avoid falling into the same internet hate-sphere.
Problem is, though, that they violently reactive fans have become their own negative stereotype to a certain extent.
The R34 was inevitable; the crazy reactions weren't.
Face it; as bronies, we were always going to be seen as 'weird' to a large portion of society.
At least try to live up to the self-imposed standards of 'love and tolerance,' especially internally, if nothing else.
