She is leaving on her own terms, the above comments are just making jokes. Yagoo once infamously compared Hololive to being similar to a Japanese pop idol group like AKB48, and the Japanese idol industry is kind of infamous for things like "maintaining a pure (seiso) appearance" and whatnot. Coco was one of the earlier members who wanted to show that just because she may be part of an "idol group" she doesn't have to conform to idol stereotypes, and this bled into other members of Hololive being more openly lewd and crude (like Calli and Kiara dropping f-bombs semi-frequently, and Haachama doing things like reviewing hentai done by fans and doing that horror arc).

People have often made jokes that Coco "killed Yagoo's dream" and that if she left Hololive it might be because she was fired for un-idol-like behavior, but in truth Yagoo really had no issues with her as far as we all know, and if she was fired I'm sure she would have been told things like "you're deleting your channel and twitter, and your name will be forbidden among staff," but that's NOT the case, her channel and twitter are staying, and Hololive members can still talk about Coco after she leaves.
