Speaking of BIONICLE and demons, does anyone else find the Makuta, as a species, oddly similar to demons?

I mean:

-Originally created by an absolute deity figure to assist in the governing and maintaining of the Universe.
-Rebelled against creator in order to conquer and rule over said universe, causing all bad things in said universe as a result.
-Immaterial form.
-Naturally shapeshifters.
-Requires material vessel to fully access powers in the material world.
-Can consume people by breaking their minds.
-Pride themselves on deception and trickery.
-Can control weather, plants and animals/insects.
-Mind control and Mind Reading powers.
-Powers revolving around causing Fear, Hunger and Anger in their opponents.

They're basically demons and ever since I've come to this conclusion, I've wanted a horror movie about a small group of Matoran being haunted by an out-of-armor Makuta that slowly drives them insane in order to take over one of their bodies.

But a loving relationship with a big-titty, big-horny, glasses-wearing, shortstack demon-girl that also clearly has cultured tastes can last for a very long time too.

Longer if any soul-sacrificing is comes into play. I'd carry her bridle-style to my storage and look for all the old ones I've got buried somewhere.
