Everyone was laughing because of the whole Darkwing thing...that's why I was extra excited to work on it. But yes, the EqD comments in the last month or so just really bum me out...thats why I haven't really been around there much lately. It wasn't a bad episode.

There is a lot of bronies that are showing a sense of entitlement, that the artists/writers are disappointing them because of episodes like this (which IMHO: not a bad episode, fun for kids, a few smiles for adults but not a fountain of awesome like Lesson Zero or Luna Eclipsed).

Ever since Sisterhooves Social has there been a rather vocal "this isn't as good as one specific episode I hate it" minority that definitely turns me off from reading EQD comments. Bronies need to realize they aren't making the show for us, they're making it for the kids and their parents and if they can work us in (such as a number of good superhero refs in this), that's a bonus for them but not a requirement.
