I still almost cant believe this show even existed on TV, it was just two or three changes away from being a story about a guy trying to make Hell a better place
But then the Americans made Canada change it so they could air it on their networks. That said, it's still pretty obvious that all the creators did was change the names and lighten the tone slightly.
I say "slightly" because the creators have confirmed Jimmy Two-Shoes was originally aimed more for tweens/young teens than adults when they pitched it to Teletoon, who approved of the pilot concept. Basically, they were aiming less for a Family Guy/South Park audience and more for a 6teen/Total Drama Island audience.
