Nah dude Xenoblade 2 combat is real easy.
See you got your driver combos, your blade combos,and your blades switches. Your driver combos let you break enemies which sets them up for being toppled. Which sets them up for being launched and finally to be smashed. If you smash an enemy for a KO then you can get more items from it. Then for every blade combo you go up a level and can combine combos with other blades for different elements and effects depending on the elements of your blade and the blade you combo with. Then when you reach level 3 you get an elemental orb that you can break if you hit it with an opposing elemental attack during a chain attack. The chain attack can only happen when you fill all three affinity bars during combat, and whenever you break an elemental orb, if you have one, you extend the chain attack.
