Skies of Arcadia, no question. We need unironic JRPGs with unapologetically turn-based combat, a massive – but not impossibly to complete nor particularly grindy – amount of side content, well integrated airships being an actual gameplay element rather than a token 'it is a JRPG' signifier, and a world map that not only exists but is huge and rewards exploration to come back so hard.
Mischief Makers and Blast Corps can battle it out for second.
