People always talk about the IPs from Nintendo that have been on hiatus for years, but Sega's really "just as bad" if not worse. Vectorman hasn't gotten a new game since the 16-bit era (and a planned PS2 revival got cancelled), Ecco's been dormant since Dreamcast, they rarely collaborate with Treasure nowadays (also Treasure hasn't released anything since 2014 which makes me wonder what they're doing), NiGHTS took a decade to finally get a new game on Wii and after that it's almost like said sequel never happened, and it took 25 years for Streets of Rage to FINALLY get a fourth game, and even then Sega aren't even developing or publishing it.
SEGA's FAR Worse. Because they straight up don't give a damn about anything that isn't Sonic or Yakuza, and they can't even treat Sonic with anything resembling competency unless they outsource him to someone else because of their stupid obsession with a "Sonic Bible" that limits all forms of decent storytelling.
