JoJo's Bizarre Adventure - Seriously who will win?

Based off of how every single gun stand we ever saw generally fail to bring anyone down behind temporary incapacitation (with a few exceptions like Manhatan Transfer); Shovel wins based on the fact that everytime it's used by a stand, someone gets seriously fucked up, I.E Leaky Eyed Luca.
