Cats - "You come at the king, you best not miss"

From what i know: Councilman wanted to enter the library with his dog, got denied. He complained how it was unfair that they allowed the cat but not his dog, so he campaigned to remove the cat.

TLDR: petty guy.

Tough, there is an argument to be made about how it could bother people who are allergic to cats, but that was never a part of this.
