Made his only starting gear be a top hat from his fallen monk friend and a single use throwing hat because Speedwagon doesn't really fight; though because of the class he got spells, with his divine energy source being his extreme bromance with the fallen Jonathan Joestar.

Forty sessions later, Speedy has held off the herald of an evil god, saved the party five times with well timed support magic, and The Speedwagon Foundation is requested BY NAME to stop the end of the world; the joke has long since died, but I can't exactly drop the character after accidentally starting a religion with him.
