From my underSTANDing, stands don't really have genders. Some, a majority even, share physical attributes with their users, though only to an extent. Then we have stands such as 「THE LOCK」or 「SET」 that are inanimate objects.
The one case I could find of a stand being able to look the opposite sex of the user is with 「SURFACE」, which takes the appearance of whoever touches it.

Then again we have the stand discs so anything could happen.
