This Is Ultra Lord - no hopping off the genwun train

Someone finally said it.

I’ve never really liked Kanto that much compared to the other regions. Maybe it’s playing it for 20 years, either as the original, Yellow, FireRed/LeafGreen, Gold/Silver, HeartGold/SoulSilver, etc. etc. It’s the most played region across four generations, soon to be five, and it feels like the more you play it, the more monotonous it becomes.

At the very least, change the map around, make new Gym Leaders (How about the old geezer that served with Lt Surge in the Pokemon War be the 3rd Gym Leader, that would be a huge twist), new nooks and crannies or how about changing the start town so you can experience tougher Gym Leaders using weaker Pokemon and weaker Gym Leaders using powerful Pokemon? If they make any of these changes, I’ll forgive it for including Jesse and James and consider buying it again. But if they make it another Kanto rehash, they can stick it where the Solrock don’t shine.
