I find this odd how the artist for this goes the extra mile to make it look like a true medically professional diagram/PSA poster just for one simple game, seeing as how it says these can be for gamers, programmers and artists alike (I mean, wouldn’t anyone in these professions know this?), and the very bottom says

“These exercises should not be done by people with inflammation or serious joint damage unless recommended by a healthcare professional. If you are already in treatment, feel severe pain, or if you are uncertain about these methods, please consult your doctor first!”

All they could have done was just show these diagrams without the professional sentences plastered over, and just leave it at that.

I’m not complaining in the slightest, nor criticizing the artist. I just find it odd how they made it like this.
