To be fair, if you think too hard about RPGs in general things get kind of disturbing, like how desensitized to violence the protagonists are. Which is probably where Yoko Taro gets his games from… and why he liked undertale. At least SMT games have them be demons made of human ideas mixed with the dead, and make it a point that you can bring them back to life… and in persona they're not even demons (past the second games) they're just… hidden feelings that people don't like. Ironic that the games with M ratings have main characters with the lowest irreversible body count.
