If you don't want people to look at something, you shouldn't draw attention to it. Text is meant to be read and looked at, so if you don't want people to look at your breasts then don't have text there.

It's like if you had a secret entrance to something and put a sign pointing to it saying "Don't go here, it's a secret." People probably wouldn't have looked there in the first place if you didn't put something there that made you look at it.

I'd say it's alright to look to read the text, but if you stare at their breasts the entire time when talking to them that's when it gets creepy.
